This place is the best hostel i have stayed at in a while and the cheapest. Normally that never happens! The facilities are great, there is a pool and relaxing outdoor seating, hot showers and a comfy bed. The staff are helpful and kind, you have free breakfast in the morning and the place is clean with a nice relaxing feel to it, the location is great as its not right in the center of ubud but only a 5/10 minute walk away and only a 2 minute walk to the monkey sanctuary. Not only that, I stupidly left my passport there and when i realised i was near the airport, i rang them as soon as i found out and they offered to bring it down without me even having to ask. This made my day! Thank you for a wonderful stay :D

I rented the bachelor apartment and loved it. I found it for 20 cad per night and it included breakfast, AC, kitchen and a balcony. It was located upstairs so whenever I wanted to be social I’d just go down to the dorms.
The one down side is it’s a bit of a walk from the main part of Ubud. For those who have scooters it’s no hassle and some people like being a bit away from the busy city center.
However there is a short cut that saves a lot of time if you’re walking, instead of going into the monkey forest you take a right where the little cafe is and follow it all the way around which will take you to the main entrance of the monkey forest.
The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the first few nights they had be in a completely different area that was a 5 minute drive away. Being a solo female traveler I felt very uncomfortable in a villa that far away with no reception. I let them know I was uncomfortable so after those few days they got me into the bachelor apartment that I had originally booked.

Nice and well managed little cosy place - close to Ubud. Nyuh Kuning is a little village close to Ubud - not affected by the loud traffic of the bigger city. The owner and his wife u0026 staff care very well and guests feel at home - a swimming pool can be used. Nice breakfast is included. Motorbikes can be rented - tour activities are available.

To me one of the best accomodation in Bali!!! Thumbs up to the guys who work there ;). Clean and light place, I slept in woman dorm and loved it! Swimming pool looks great, though I had no time to jump in it. Great price for stay included breakfast, which guys made me even I get back fro Monkey forrest late! Next time will come again ;)

I came to ONS to stay for a few weeks and ended up living there for over one and a half years. It was too comfortable to leave. Agun and Made are two of the nicest people I know, still rent a scooter from them, when I need to pick up friends at the airport I call agun, same for fast boats to Gili. Nyuh Kinnin is the south side of the Monkey Forest, so Monkey Forest Road is only a 5 minute walk, Ecstatic Dance at Yoga Barn 12 minutes and the Palace at the top of Ubud 18 minutes.
With a pool, fast wifi, good food, nice restaurants in a much quieter part of Ubud, ONS is the best place to stay..

Best place to rent a scooter from. 500k for a full month. Can't get a better deal :) and the location of the place is prime! The most beautiful street in Ubud that's quiet but near all the action.
