Great clinic in central Ubud! The staff is super professional and kind (Tomik and Dara are super helpful!). And is by far the most affordable place that I found to change my wound dressings. Best price in central Ubud for this kind of service.

I had some issues with my ear and decided at the last day of our trip to go to the Ubud Royal Medical. I'm happy we did. The assistants at the lobby were very friendly and spoke great English. I didn't have to wait so long, and when I came to the doctor she heard my story and explained me what she thinks it could be and what she was going to do. She checked my ear but told me she would like to give me some medicine so I can fly in peace, but she would recommend me to go home directly to my ear doctor. So did I and thanks to the medicine she gave me, I could fly in peace. Here in Europe when I visited my doctor, he told the drops I got from the Ubud Royal Medical were amazing, he miss something like that in Europe and I should be happy to have gotten those.

So, thank you for everything, next time I would not wait to go there if I need any medical help :)

My partner became quite unwell with Bali Belly - we went to visit the medical centre and they were fantastic. The doctor listened to everything and discussed with us what the cause may have been and the reason for different symptoms. He then treated my partner and prescribed antibiotics with some other appropriate medications. We were really pleased with the service and care provided.

When i and my partner holiday in Bali we have stomach problem and diarhea. Feel low energy. I call Ubud royal medical. Doctor and nurse visit to our villa and do iv therapy for us. Very helpfull. Recomended doctor oncall in Ubud ????

I highly recommend this clinic. I came there today because I fell on a slippy rock. I had a deep cut under my left knee. The doctor fixed it with 6 stitches. Her also spoke English very well and explained everything to me during the process. He was very kind and I had no pain. He also gave painkillers to me and antibiotics for the next 3 days. Also he gave me sterile bandage and all the stuff I need to change the bandage every second day. I got a medical report for my insurance in Germany.
The nurses were very friendly too and I felt good all the time.
To sum up: If you need a doctor (I hope you won‘t ;) ) this is a place we’re you can go without hesitation!

I had an amazing experience at this clinic. I had a small motorbike accident and cut up my hands - the doctor was very kind and gentle. He helped me get the supplies I needed in order to take care of the wounds myself, and I went back a second time to have them cleaned again and the bandages changed. Thank you so much to the doctors and nurses here!!

Very fast and great service, all staff can speak fluent English. I was seen by Dr Tomi - very good approach to the patient, he explained everything very well. Card payments accepted. I can highly recommend this clinic.
