I booked private pull villa. It was very relaxing and pleasant stay. My daughter enjoyed pool alot. Resort is clean and beautiful. Food is also delicious. Since I am vegetarian, I had limited options but pizza and spaghetti were really delicious.

I came here last week for private time with my wife. It was a wonderful experience, we enjoyed a breakfast and a private pool alot.
Especially my wife loved there welcome drink and vibe of the private villa.
Definitely plan to come in future.

This resort is just pathetic.!
No proper reception system! Only means of communication is whatsapp.!
The food is totally cold that they serve.!
Very difficult to navigate to this location.!
Its totally scary at night because there are so many wild insects and animals around your room.!

Not recommended at all.
The local people around here are just hippies.
Not good place for family type people.
Not safe

Stayed at one of the villa's in Ubud heaven. Lovely room, clean and tidy. Kitchen are is equipped with basic needs, pool was amazingly clean (probably the second cleanest pool I have seen during my stay in Bali). Staff are polite, friendly and the reception staff are very good at communication skills. This is definitely one of the nicer places in Penestanan. The bathroom is the only area that I thought needs improvement. There are stairs to enter the bathroom and they have no grip, showers need a curtain and a better drain as the water collects really quickly. Other than that its pretty centrally located to get around in Penestanan.

The villa was probably the most relaxing hotel we have been to in Bali. We spent half our time in Ubud in the villa because of how incredibly relaxing it was. The second greatest thing is the staff. Very helpful, always there when you need them. They even helped us out a lot when looking for things to do and booking for trips and activities. Our airport driver, when we were leaving, was lost; the staff were very helpful guiding him to where we are and even stayed with us while we waited to make sure we got there safely.

I definitely would recommend this villa to everyone as a couple or with families.

Rooms are quite complete. Hairdryer is not so strong and there is no curtain in the bath. Communication between staff needs to be improved. Breakfastbox to take is very poor. Wine is too short available and more expensive than neighbour. It would be good also to put some stairs at the swimming pools.
Attention: a lot to walk and many many stairs to climb. Not good for people with bad legs or invalid.

Ubud heaven penestanan name itself explains it's beauty. The ambience of the villa was fantastic, the complete defined area for a couple was as such like it was embedded with a personal pool, a small kitchen, garden and nice bedroom, their dining area is also a marvellous and peaceful place.
The important thing about it which i like the most was their villa members service, they were so humble and keen to do everthing we asked them and supported us in every mean.
