I had a really good experience with this urgent care. I went after being bitten by a monkey, I wanted to take the rabies shot to be safe and the doctor and nurse were both very nice and helpful. I was attended to extremely fast and the lady at the reception was also very nice and helpful and sorted out everything for me very fast. I felt very safe and in good hands, from my experience I can definitely recommend this urgent care clinic.

A family member was ill with an ear infection. We were offered the opportunity and fortunate enough to request and receive care at our Ubud Villa very quickly. The care was very thorough and professional . Reasonably priced and paid via eftpos.

Fantastic service. Professional and fast. The doctor was very friendly and very capable. I was surprised at how efficient and capable he was to perform a minor surgery on my face. Surprisingly competent. Topical anesthesia, then an injected anesthesia, quick incision, remove what needed to be removed u0026 Cleaned it up Perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I have any other medical needs. No bureaucratic red tape. Very minimal intake procedure. Right on the table and done with zero complications and full satisfaction. Thank you doctor

I went there during my trip in Bali. I had stomach cramps and had a high fever. They visited me and performed blood tests. They sent me the results via email after three hours with the therapy to follow, asking me to keep them constantly updated on my conditions. Very friendly and speak English well. I was lucky to have gone to this clinic! Highly recommended!
