Nice place offering clean and tidy male, female, and mixed rooms.
+ includes breakfast with possibly the best coffee I had in Bali.
+ feels very genuine, family owned and operated.
+ great value for money.
+ 10 minute walk to The Yoga Barn :)
+ has a few scooters/mopeds available for rental, which makes getting around very easy.
- there was a leak from one of the sinks in the bathroom, but it ran straight into the drain, so it wasn't really a problem.

Very helpful and kind staff. Set back from the road, so it's quiet. Short walk to the yoga barn. They will arrange any type of tour or transportation you need.

The owner and all the people that work here are soo nice, the dorms are clean and comfortable, and it's just a short walk to one of the main streets of Ubud. Great value.
