Absolutely loved this hotel. Clean, good location, EXCELLENT service and staff, great breakfast/ tasty food, rooms are super spacious and dreamy views. Recommended for couples that want a more quite vibe, without many children around.

Special shout-out to the staff that are so helpful and make everything so convenient. They prepared an early breakfast/ coffee because we had to leave earlier. Always smiling and happy to help us.

The massage at the spa was super professional and relaxing, highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Quiet location but within easy walking distance of a good portion of the town. Our room was extremely private, had it's own patio and plunge pool and was not overlooked in any way. We also had a nice view of the surrounding forest.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

What an incredible hotel! Super impressed and happy with our stay at Tejaprana. The buildings and rooms are all so new and clean, given they only opened in 2018. The staff treated us so well, like family! They made the stay so comfortable and memorable. Breakfast options were delicious and very filling. There is a stunning infinity pool next to the dining area, as well as a clean private plunge pool in the room. Please try the massages, they have a spa which is beautifully designed (koi fish!) and very peaceful, with the massage being high quality! I honestly can't find anything to fault, the Tejaprana team should be very proud of themselves. Thank you!

This trip was our first time in Bali. We stayed in two 4-star accomodations and this one is our 5 star one! We absolutely loved everything about it; cleanness, architecture, swimming pool, pool view, restaurant, staff and spa.
The food was fresh and delicious. Great coffee!
The masseuses were so professional; both myself and my husband tried their signature massage and facial. Prices of the restaurant and spa was very reasonable.

We love our stay at Tejaprana Bisma! The airport transfer was smooth and the driver, Wadek was really passionate to explain to us the Balinese culture. We were stuck in the traffic and almost missed our spa appointment. And guess what, the spa decided to wait for us and gave us lovely massage even though it had way passed the closing time. Breakfast and dinner was good, highly recommend to try the floating breakfast! It was such a great experience. Well done to the team and will highly recommend this to anyone visiting Ubud :)

Not regretting our choice this time. Good experience right off the bat, the room...exceptional. What a surprise. A must stay in Ubud.

Cleanliness is way at the top and it doesn't smell weird at all. To be honest, we would stay here again...FYI we've just arrived and we will return :).

The worker was great and helpful, but we don’t recommend the Valley Villa. The private pool in the villa was always dirty, because it was close to the jungle and big trees. We asked the room service to clean it, but there were still some insects, leaves, and spider web in the pool, so we didn’t use it at all. When we checked out, the manager invited us for a discussion but she wasn’t helpful at all and blamed our expectation that maybe was too high.
On top of that, the atmosphere, the spa and restaurant was great!
