We just finished our 4th meal here of the week! The Indonesian food is fresh and great value for money. The staff are friendly. It's quiet (so far). There is also a sea food menu with ingenuitive dishes. Really worth a visit from a relaxed evening or lunch.

Best place I ate in Ubud, so came back a second time. Good prices (as of today most dishes 25-35k, though a few [including western ones; i didn't try any] cost more), large beer 31k), great selection of tofu- and tempeh-based vegetarian dishes, large portions, beautiful setting, friendly staff. The upstairs has a great vibe, with a roof but no walls, carved tables and chairs, subtle lighting.

Finally a non touristy authentic indonesian. Cheap and tasty i was so glad to find something not money grabbing unlike all the main street tourist factories serving pizza and burgers next to indonesian dishes... if there were 6 stars i would give it. Already been there twice and planning a third time again.

Despite being very local and not touristy at all, the steamed fish is something you should avoid. It was a bit bland, did not taste fresh. The atmosphere upstairs is good, but i would not recommend the place for its good seafood.

Great little warung with good food, cold beer and drinks. Not on the main street but worth finding. Try the grilled clams .
