Supposed to be a 60 minute massage and they finish in under 50 minutes hoping you don't realise. In addition the masseur did not seem as professionally trained as other masseurs in Ubud. Also ambience of the spa was not as good as other spa nearby.
P.S. Adding this comment in response to owners comments. I checked the time on my phone at start and finish and raised the missing 10 minutes with staff showing my phone to them. They chose not to do anything.

I've been there 3 times and loved it. Incredible value and Asih was very good and caring, taking her time and properly cleaning you from the oil at the end.
Would definitely recommend

10/10 would recommend. The price point is excellent and the technicians are very kind and attentive. They spoke good English and my pedi is just as good if not better as the very expensive salon I went to while in Canggu a few weeks ago that charged me almost triple the price of this quaint local spa. I got a pedicure with gel, soak off of my previous pedi, as well as a 60 min foot reflexology massage all for under 400k. Many of the salons around here try and charge you nearly that just for an express pedi with gel polish alone. The WiFi was better than the fancy cafe I ate at just before right up the street and they have AC. Will certainly come again before leaving Ubud.

I have been many times in Bali and had a lot of massages but Leo is the best masseur i ever had .
All the staff at Wulan spa is friendly and helpful

Clean, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
Very good foot massage.
Ask for John or Ki - but all staff very nice.

Good job for shellac pedicure, and affordable. I've gone here a couple times. It's usually quiet in afternoons.
