We heard about this place from many people, so we had to check it out! It was worth it! The meatball sub was possibly the best meatball sub I’ve ever had! (And I’m comparing it to New Jersey diner subs!)
Absolutely we’ll go back before we leave the island… make sure to check the meat counter and the dried sausage cooler- a must visit for foodie types like us!!

Top 2 of my fave here:
Reuben sandwich, if you like combination of beef and cheese then you’ll like this one too. The beef has a bit taste of kebab (I assume it seasoned with cumin). Second is Jasmine tea, they infused it with strawberry and mint, feel so fresh!
My less favorite is their localab burger (vegan), the plant based patty mix is to soft, am guessing they made it from tempe, taste needs improvement.
Too bad their meat shop closed when we were there, will visit again someday.

This turned out to be better than expected. We ordered the smash burger (burger of the month), chicken burger and vegetarian localab burger as we had 2 vegetarian friends with us. When the burgers came everyone was just totally happy with their order, even the vegetarians. It was that good.

1 star off for the cold fries. Also the burgers don’t come with a side of fries you have to order it separately. We each ordered fries with our orders and all 4 arrived semi warm and got cold pretty quickly.

Prices are high but I would say well worth it. Will be back to try other things on their menu but def not the fries!

Review for ‘restaurant’ not ‘butchershop’ - to follow.

Needed a Burger ???? so thought I’d hit this spot after having had a sumptuous dinner at their main restaurant a few days before.
Was not disappointed but also not blown away.

The drink selection is small u0026 the ice tea was, well your normal Jasmine ice tea.
The Burger was good, bun a bit dried out already - positive note, amazingly put together so you could eat without anything ‘popping’ out the side. Sadly I was not aware sides were extra order - would have ordered the fries if advised.
I was served rock sugar with an espresso - who does that?

Staff were huddled at the counter - at the end of the restaurant - talking. Need to really get their attention when there is anything you need.

Will be back to try some more dishes, sadly the atmosphere is not one you want to stick around for but food is good. Maybe more Eat u0026 Go than To Go.

Came here twice during a short trip because the burgers and sandwiches were that good. Not cheap by Bali standards, but the quality of the meats used more than justify the price.

I really enjoyed their beef tartare and loaded fries, as well as the Cubano sandwich, pulled pork and beef burgers.

Had a quick bite of Reuben sandwich and it was surprisingly spectacular. Huge portion, amazing cheese and pastrami combo in between 2 slices of bread toasted to perfection. The ice tea was refreshing too in a hot day. Price is about Rp 90k for the sandwich, still acceptable for the quality of the ingredients.

Had the signature beef burger and the hotdog and both were great. Prices are fair and would go there anytime when I want to have good burgers at good prices. Do order the loaded fries as well.
