Their bathroom need improvement. The toilet bowl leaking water the whole night. Bathroom door is hard to close. Very clean and spacious bedroom. Amazing sea view

- Pros:
• Arnawakanta ocean suite is amazing, very spacious and beautiful.
• The interiors of the resort, the calmness, and the breathtaking view of the black-sanded beach.
• Delicious dinner.

- Cons:
• The moment we stepped out of the taxi at the resort entrance, literally there was no one, not even a bellboy to help us. So we had to drop the luggage ourselves.
• The lady at the front desk room, was trying her best to rip us off “to pay extra for the breakfast”, even though it’s included in the reservation and clearly written in the website.
• The breakfast wasn’t actually a buffet, they have a very limited menu “and that wasn’t clarified in the website”.
• The food at their restaurant “Andrawina” is overpriced, u0026 they took forever to bring it.

* We’ve stayed at Rumah Luwih in 2018 and it was totally different experience (in a positive way). But, unfortunately, the overall experience u0026 service really has deteriorated. They honestly have to work hard to improve.

Terrible experience. The hotel is very old and unsafe/dangerous. For e.g. pool area is impossible to use because of the rotten terrace. Furthermore, scams, do not provide refunds and ignore customers' feedback and demand. I highly recommend looking for another hotel.

Amazing place the food is extraordinary good.
Beautiful surrounding with pond and great pool.
We had a wedding there and everything was on point it could not be better no matter where else.
They had piano, a chapel between the beautiful pond and ocean, many staff to support, great food options and the hotel and rooms itself are really great.

I would always come here again.
This is the best place for the most romantic and most beautiful wedding with a great atmosphere.

very nice place with very friendly and helpful staff, basically on this they would deserve 5 stars... but the kitchen failed totally, breakfast selection was not equal to 5 star hotel, taste was boring, coffee tasted like cheap instant, a la carte menue was nothing representing the food delicacies of bali.... all around the world convenience mix. Soup tasted like instant soup from the supermarket. Worst of all was the internet, felt like being shut down from the government to get no information from outside. based on that i missed the information from my airline that my flight will be two hours late / made me sitting in the airport for two useless hours. Generally for photoshooting perfect area. But not for working or dining.

We chose rumah luwih for my wedding venue and we loved it! Its super recomended!
I've been in many 4/5 stars hotel in bali but this one is the best. The architecture is so pretty, you can get many instagramable photos, the room is clean, the service is good, the food is so delicious. What i really love there is the pond with goose every morning with chapel and ocean view. Its feel like paradise in bali! Definetly will be back for another staycation .
