There are two Luwaks kept in separate cages on site. The way these poor animals are kept is a tragedy. The cages have no natural follage, there is one small piece of wood for them to sleep on or they can curl up on the dirty concrete floor in their cage. They are there to show the tourist but for me it is a major turn off. It is cruel. I would not recommend to visit.

For us we found a little strange especially how we found this... anyway good tea and coffee tasting for 50k for 2 people. The to 'Made' for helping us so much on our onward trip.

Roadside tourist trap your taxi driver will probably suggest. Cool little tour and the lawak coffee (50k to per cup) is good, but mostly just a ploy to sell you powdered drink mixes and expensive coffee. Driver definitely gets a kick back for bringing you here. Also, the lawaks look sad in their cages

Nice coffee in Bali. Produced from natural fermentation in Luwak's digestion process.

Good place to be at. Customer service is excellent. They first start out with a tour of the display plants that is grown there, next the civet cat is shown in a cage. Its really cute in person. Lastly you will be brought into a hut/resting area to sample their 14? Different flavours of tea and coffee. Only their special luwak coffee is unable to be sampled, however it is available for 50k rupiah.

They have great customer service however, YOU MUST DOUBLE CHECK EXPIRY DATE if you buy their coffee or tea and maybe think twice before you purchase their products.

The red ginger tea we bought did not have any expiry date on it. And the coffee we bought expires in the same month we bought the coffee. Really really disappointed, I really expected better for their price and services. We forgot to check the expiry dates until we have gone back to the hotel.

Their prices are almost DOUBLED compared to other local areas as well, we didn’t know that as our local tour guide brought us there.
