Fabulous resort which has all the needed facilities. Loved the bed in a spacious room as well as the bathroom supplies.

Super kids friendly, we dropped our kids to the kids club, they had outdoor activities in the morning and indoor activities in the afternoon. The girls were super nice and friendly, our kids had a fabulous time and my husband and me enjoyed the infinity pool during the time.

Amazing heated pool with instance Ubud Mountain View. Nothing to complain. We enjoyed, loved it and definitely will come back!

Faultless from beginning to end.

We have just spent 4 nights in a deluxe king room with club access and great volcano views.

The service staff cannot do enough to please you, are so welcoming and helpful.

The pool is by far the best we have been to. Surrounded by lush tropical forest it is pure relaxation and an added bonus of a great swim up bar.

The butler service communication via WhatsApp was very helpful. Whenever we needed something they were very quick to respond. Nice little touch.

There was an excellent choice of food and the quality was as good as you get anywhere.

Then there was the vast and beautiful gardens with an animal area spread over many acres plus a river and bamboo bridge. Great to walk in the morning before breakfast.

Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing experience and could easily do with another 3 nights here.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting. You will not be disappointed.

Jungle oasis with the most amazing pool I have ever seen! I would say this is a top honeymoon location! Everyone working at the hotel were very kind, helpful and professional! They made sure we had everything we needed! The view from our room was breathtaking! The Spa is brilliant, we had massages every day! We had a floating afternoon tea experience in a private pool and we really enjoyed that! We would live to go back again someday! Recommended!

Hotel is amazing!❤️ Today we’re checking out, stayed here for 6 days. Nothing to complain about- infinity pool is gorgeous, gym, sauna, delicious breakfast every day and they doing free activities for guests. Me and my partner did archery and cycling, was wonderful. All stuff are super friendly and always helpful. We definitely will back again! ☺️❤️❤️❤️

Far away from city center. About 45 min drive. Rooms are spacious. Hotel provide many activities such as archery, golf, yoga, feeding animals in mini zoo. Warm water in the swimming pool, we love it. Try to dine here. Meals were delicious. Hotel staffs were friendly u0026 handy

This is a very quiet, gorgeous mountain resort. Everything from the lobby to the view at breakfast are beautiful. The resort staff are amazing and very helpful, also very good English. The resort has plenty of great drivers and other staff to help you organize/plan your trip. Ubud is far away from the big clubs and parties of Bali so if that's what you're looking for be prepared to drive or book elsewhere. For those looking for a quiet location to relax this is the perfect place.

A beautiful resort which blends in with the jungle surroundings.

Excellent hospitality and a very well oiled machinery. Everything is taken care of and the attention to detail is extremely high.

There’s a lot of activities and offerings to join in on, such as spa treatments, gym, golf and archery, and much more.

The poolside area is especially stunning and inviting. Passing hours here is a breeze.

The view from our standard room is not the most spectacular, but that is just fine.

I really recommend the Balinese massage session which was heaven.

We also tried the golf/driving range. A feedback to this is that the instructor should give some more space and not comment/small talk as much, as it disturbs the (very professional) golf practice.

*A highly recommended tip is to join the Mount Batur sunrise trek. This was a stunning and refreshing experience, even for an avid mountaineer. Bring warm clothes, Bali is colder on higher altitudes.
