Loved everything about the hotel. Highlights were obviously the beautiful elephants, how we could get so close to them. Great activities planned for guests. Food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend the hotel. Thanks to everyone at Mason!

A great way to spend a morning. We scrubbed, washed and swam with the elephants before meeting the naughty baby who was trying to grab my bag ????.
The staff were very friendly, had excellent English and didn’t try and sell us photos etc. instead taking our own phones and using them.
Our excursion also included lunch, which was pretty good (most western food).
There is a nice gift shop where they sell there own brand of chocolate.
Great experience.

What a wonderful experience. We all enjoyed it immensely. The accommodation was fabulous and the dining very good. Lovely people and so humbled to be able to wash, bathe and feed these beautiful elephants. Thoroughly recommend this place to visit and stay overnight. Highlight of our trip. Thank you all very much and much love to the beautiful patient elephants.

I had originally planned on reserving tickets but it did not go through. Since I was in the area I stopped by right at opening at 10:00 a.m. and had no problems getting a ticket. The pricing, as well as the description of each activity available, is listed in several places and quite clearly. The facility is clean organized and safe. The bathrooms were impeccable. I enjoyed my experience with the elephants tremendously. I paid for the general admission which included walking around the park and feeding the elephants. But you had to buy the food for the elephants which was 50k a bowl. I did not wash or ride the elephants. The staff were extremely Pleasant and more than willing to ensure I had a good time and plenty of awesome pictures.

Really nice place and it seems like the elephants are well treated.

We got there early (about 10am) and it was still fairly quiet, did get busy later on.

Each elephant has their own area, they are chained and we did ask why and our guide said that, because they are from different herds if they were just let loose they would fight with each other.

We did the elephant ride that lasted about half an hour and fed the elephants.

The tickets for two people to ride an elephant was about £100, but was so much fun. Do not keep anything in pockets (almost lost my phone ????????) or make sure you can zip/close your pockets.

Elephant ???? Safari Park is all inclusive. You don't just visit, support, ride an elephant and then leave. It's an elephant oasis. Here you can learn about and interact with these gentle giants, this can include Elephant bathing, taking an elephant ride while you're in water. These are a few of the highlights. Also, there's a full service restaurant that serves delicious food along with an information station and a shoppe that sells all things elephant. The park is a great place to spend the better part of your day.

Not a real sanctuary. I regret to not read more reviews about it before come. They have a nice history behind, but in fact, it is just another touristic attraction where people use the animals for money. Tourist bathing with elephants, ride on them, it is not saving them, it is just moving them from a bad place to another! If you want to save animals, do not use them as a money maker! They lost a great opportunity to do it correctly.
