The rooms are beautiful and spacious while still being price-friendly. The staff are among the nicest people I’ve ever met always greeting you with a smile whenever you come back to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The only issue I have is that the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. This is fine though because we had SIM cards which you can buy for cheap.

Ideally located hotel in the heart of Ubud. Generous rooms beautifully appointed. Peaceful pool set amongst the tree tops. Wonderful friendly staff particularly Tika at reception. Excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend

Wonderful stay at Komaneka. First time in Bali and we were so impressed by the fantastic and friendly staff and beautiful facilities. Great location for visiting Ubud too. Would love to come back!!

Superb hotel in the heart of Ubud. The room is very spacious with all the necessary comfort. The service and the staff are simply fantastic. The framework of the swimming pool is top! We highly recommend it.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of Ubud. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is attentive and very friendly. I so much recommend this hotel if you stay in Ubud. Shopping, restaurants, warungs all is really close. The hotel has a nice pool with loung chairs.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Here are my overall reviews

Good:
1. For IDR 1 mil you get quite a spacious bedroom , clean , and with a balcony
2. Staff are generally friendly and helpful (but.... cont below)
4. The room' s curtain can be shut to make the room completely dark, this is a plus for me, since I am a light sleeper
3. Location is awesome, right in the middle of ubud heart , walking distance to the busiest street in Ubud , ubud market , and ubud temple

Bad:
1. Albeit staff are generally friendly, but I find the way they do things are quite... robotic. I.e once I called the receptionist and told them to send a house keeping staff because there are few things I wanted to throw out.. few moments later, the house keeping guy showed up along with a huge rubbish bag (already used and filled with rubbish, so it has a strong unpleasant smell) to my door. I mean I am thankful that they are attending to my request.. but I think this is just a bit off..?
2. The door (i assume) is quite light, hence everytime the nearby guest is closing / opening their room's door, our door will start to shack and create a loud banging sound. This is quite annoying since I am a light sleeper and it happens every morning staring from 7am
3. Breakfast really needs an improvement both from taste and service. There was practically not enough staff attending the breakfast area (and this is not busy season yet)

Each and everything abt this place is perfect. We stayed here for 2 days to celebrate my wifes bday. And they did a splendid job. They have a romantic candle night package which is a grt exprnce. Food is amazing rooms are spacious and very very clean and its right in the centre of Ubud. Tika and dian were specially very warm and helpful no exception to the other staff too. Must stay here for utmost luxury
