The resort is on the main road. But once you are inside the premises all the noise is absorbed by the greenery plants and rice fields. Quiet and serene.
All the rooms have balcony whether it is ground floor or on the first floor. Great view. Relax to breathe in the freshness of the flowers.
Monkey trouble is common but not during our stay.

We stayed here for 7 days with 2 kids.

Pros: right in the heart of ubud, amazing shops and cafes nearby, walking distance from palace and monkey forest, super friendly staff, amazing and large farmhouse villas, and great view of the paddy fields.

Time literally stops in Ubud and you can really relax.

Cons: breakfast could have been better, and the bathroom stinks. Both minor issues to be honest..

Overall highly recommended as a place to stay for families

This place is beautiful. Monkeys on the poolside. Rooms cleaned every day, fresh water and towels. Good place to stay in Ubud. Has 2 big pools and the rooms are amazing. I recommend highly

A really nice and quiet place to stay near the Monkey Sanctuary. Room is prepared lovely, the rice field is an elegant touch, the pool is nice, staff are courteous and friendly, breakfast is well served. Recommendable for a couple days stay.

Location is great if you’re exploring UBUD. Walkable to most cafes u0026 restaurants.

Cleanliness is acceptable. Hotel staffs are very friendly. Able to book scooter for 80k/ day.

Location of your villa may be a bit of walk inside.

The room is very clean and comfortable, placed in a stunning framework of gardens and rice fields. The staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with local and western options

We enjoyed our stay very much! Family room was huge and comfortable. Paddy field in front of the room and river at the back. We had monkeys visiting us every morning too!
