Kaveri Spa at The Udaya

Amazing ambience and great service. Was searching last min for a good spa for family and friends when ends up with the Spa centre at Udaya. After arrival and a quick chat I just realized not only the spa staffs are super nice, as a villa hotel itself the Udaya is very attractive too! Will try to stay here next time, especially with the stairs and moss on those rocks make me feel this place is so "Ubud".

Experience from start to finish was amazing. Staff was very kind and polite. I had gotten a package with a massage, body scrub and flower spa. Before starting we did a sampling session where they introduced the different kind of massage oil and body scrub scents they offer so that you can pick which you’d like. They they walked us to the building where we’d be receiving the treatment. Massage was great pressure, shower was in room to rinse off body scrub and flower spa was beautiful. The staff was also great with helping take pictures as they helped with ideas of poses. I honestly only stayed in the flower spa for 5 mins cause I started to see little bugs. After treatment they walking you back to the reception area and give you tea. Treatment and price was soo great we wanted to go back again during our trip.

This place is nothing short of magic!
I booked a package with the citrus bath and it was incredible.
I had to take my infant with me because he's at that clingy stage in his life and we are travelling alone ???? but! the staff here were so so fantastic with us both.
The foot spa, Balinese Massage, Body Scrub and wrap ???? heaven!
I will definitely be coming back and have been encouraging everybody to go.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. I think I got the Kaveri package for half price, which included a flower bath, massage, body mask and body scrub. I would 100% do it again. The bath and view were stunning. I’ll request an oval bath next time and I’m excited to see what the other views look like. The facility is beautiful and so peaceful. They have flower baths even more beautiful then the one I requested. You have to go to Kaveri if you’re in Ubud!

I wanted to love this place but a few things happened that made our experience less than ideal. First off we changed our reservation a few days prior so when we got there we did not receive our requested bath, we were put in one directly next to the intake desk, sitting area. Ok we can deal with that we still got the flower design we requested. We start with the massage and during this we were disturbed quite a bit by a loud group of women talking right outside our door. I thought they would be moved into rooms quickly but no they stayed there the entire time. By the time we got to the body scrub, I asked if they could be quieted or if we could go to a different room because it was obnoxious how loud they were being in a spa setting. They asked they to be quiet but we could still hear them. This was NOT the experience we paid premium prices to have. At the end, I asked if we could get a refund or partial refund and they said no because we had already paid. They offered to have us come in the next day for either a massage or flower bath not both big out vacation schedule couldn’t allow for it.

We had a massage and spa treatment at Kaveri and I couldn’t recommend them enough. We were running late due to Ubud traffic and despite the fact that they were fully booked, they didn’t rush us and we were properly pampered. They were kind enough to accommodate us and took some lovely pictures of the flower bath. Keep up the good work!
