We stayed for 10 days in a deluxe pool view room.
Amazing hotel, super clean!
Beautiful there is a jungle in the hotel.
The best and nicest staff
Amazing service
There are free shuttles in the city.
We had health issues and they were so carrying and helpful and got us a good doctor.
We will definitely come back!

We stayed at KajaNe Mua for two days. The location is good and the service is super great. All the staffs are friendly and kind. We feel like home. The location is also convenient. When we go outside nearby. The hotel will drop us to the place. Thank you so much for making us a wonderful trip.

Location is absolutely in the centre of Ubud! As the traffic is quite heavy in the centre, using a taxi is not feasible as it would be quicker to walk so the location is an absolute delight. It was our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary upgrade which was absolutely stunning. Our private villa had stunning views. Don't get it twisted, although it's in the centre, you don't hear the noise from the street at all. Once you leave the lobby and head to the grounds, you are in a serene paradise that feels so remote in a rainforest. We had a villa with a private pool and it was heaven. It's the best of both worlds! The staff, especially Karta, are absolutely delightful and cater to your every need. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea. When I come back to Ubud, I will definitely stay here again!

Real fantastic stay here in Kajane; people are fantastic and let you feel like home. Place is amazing (we got villa with swimming pool) and food is unique!
We loved this place so much that we came back to enjoy this experience. If we’ll come back to Bali, we would select for sure to stay here.
Last but not least the position is very strategic since you’re in the center of Ubud and can reach almost everything just waking, and, if you need to go somewhere in Ubud there is a free transportation! Simply amazing!

Incredible place to stay in the heart of Ubud, Bali!
Booked two nights in the Villa with a private pool which was just incredible, decided to extend our stay!
Staff here made it feel like your home. Felt so welcomed staying here having all staff from hotel saying hello every time they pass! Breakfast was great and very fresh. No limit to what’s we ordered, but definitely recommend their fresh orange juice!!!
Big thank you to the amazing Dedik for his incredible hospitality and helpfulness. Arranging everything that we wanted to do and always wearing a smile!
KajaNe also had their own small shuttle to take you places such as Monkey Forest and the Spa resort they organised for us.

Beautiful villa with clean facilities. Staff very helpful. We stayed here with 2 children, one was disabled so it was a little difficult to her her to the villa as many steps however staff were always around to assist. The free shuttle around ubud was very convenient and Wifi fast. There was rain every night yet not too many mosquitos. The hotel staff provided many options to keep the mosquitos away.

Pros: fantastic service and amazing staff
Cons: restaurant was not functional, Wi-Fi was patchy, hotel feels a little dated…. Showers not good…. Acs don’t cool well….
Booking.com calls it a 5 star but definitely no more than a 4 start as it’s a small boutique property with very few facilities. If you want a view of mountains and rice fields this is not the place for you!!
