Pros: Welcoming staff, mosquito spray, potato wedges, buy one get one free cocktails

Cons:
I spent over 200k rupiah for this (pictured). The bathroom was gross. The cocktail was bad. The salad was subpar. But what made it worse was while I was eating I saw a rat run across the floor coming from the direction of the bar/kitchen. Some of the staff saw it and started laughing and the guy playing music kicked it when it ran to close to him. I immediately asked for the check. When I told the waitress she didn’t have anything to say and asked if I wanted my other drink, and then asked how I wanted to pay. She then left and came back and said the rats come from the tree ( but it did not come from that direction of the restaurant). I think this was the worse restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

The restaurant we wanted to go was closed and found this one by walking on the street. Location was nice and had a good time as they were playing life music. However, it felt a little bit too touristic as most of the dishes in the menu were international food and a little bit over-priced.

Good Western food, good taste especially Spaghetti Carbonara. The ice cream here is really good

Came here for late dinner after our flight.
Live music was lovely, staff are very nice.
Good ambience.
Their Caesar salad dressing isn’t traditional because it’s almond based (and just different overall) but it was delicious.
Another amazing spot to people watch :)

The Spring Rolls were amazing! The live music was so comforting, I stayed longer than originally planned, as they sang songs of all genre’s. It was a peaceful, calm, un-crowded restaurant (as it was late - 9:00pm). I didn’t want the bars or partying. It was perfect for a tired solo traveler not wanting to walk far from my bungalow. I’m here for a couple days and will definitely come back tomorrow evening to try something else. Thank you kafé bunute for being so kind, friendly, and entertaining. ????

First time in my life walking out and refuse to pay
We asked for non smoking so we’re put inside. Tasteless cocktails and bruschetta was raw onion and tomato, herbs on untoasted bread. Just awful.

The cruncher was when my main meal arrived the people at the next table started smoking. The waitress said the whole restaurant is smoking.
Enough. I’m done with this and left paying for 2 tasteless cocktails.

Not good enough!
