We have booked ac twin room for 11 nights,unfortunately we had to leave the room after 1 night stay. Ac was not working,no hot water(availability was mentioned though) even water was not coming when I went washroom in the middle of night. Was like upset with the stay. WiFi not working. Washroom is not in a good condition and smells bad as well. The host is nice in person.And breakfast was incredible. But overall facilities provided entirely different from those showing in the booking apps????

I love the place … been available to stay with a family is the best experience that you can have in Bali … they’re located in the middle of everything , but inside is another planet .. you will experience the real life from their wonderful culture… they share with the guests the best that they have , after this year of the pandemic I am feel very lucky to support a balinés family . I really appreciate the effort that they made . Every morning wake up near of the temple, saw them make the ofrends and smell incense. It’s amazing ! Thanks so much Putu ???? one of the family owners. Also thanks to grandma ???????? for let me stay at your beautiful family . Have to say that the breakfast it’s incredible ,made with love ❤️ I highly recommend to all how really come to the island to help and enjoy ! This is life … be thankful and stay positive all the times .. happiness is hidden in the little things made with love ❤️ and if you need you can also rent a bike ???? in there , they very helpful … I hope I can return someday someday with my family ❤️

this place located in the heart of ubud, near sarasvati temple and ubud palace. very affordable n clean. located inside art market, car must stop in the art market passage then walk little bit, but motorcycle can go inside. i stay in the balcony. the temperature is not hot but fresh so i dont run air conditioner. the water is good. yes ubud's water is good

Had to kill a cockroach first time I saw the room. The bathroom smells awful and is incredibly disgusting. I would suggest going to a different guesthouse. It may seem nice on the outside but the rooms are in incredibly poor condition

Very nice place, friendly people ❤ we got every day nice breakfast. Also, safe transport from the airport and tour. They show us more than we ask. Definitely recommended ????

if you want the worst guest house in Ubut, stay there and feel the hell...unkind manager, different room condition, sticky and dirty bed..actually i hate writing review, but i have right to know real truth of that guest house
