Room is spacious with 2 king's size beds. On the ceiling there is big fan and works even better than AC. Big bathroom. Service is very good and friendly. For breakfast you can choose egg omlet or banana pancake and coffee. I got also extra fruit salad. On terrace there are chairs and table.

Few staff at the place were not very friendly. We stayed in a three sharing room and there was no AC and we had just one stand fan for 3 of us. Bathroom was not well kept and the door wasn't shutting. We were denied salt when requested (during our breakfast). We didn't have a dustbin in our room. Overall the experience wasn't very great. I do not recommend this place.... atleast the 3sharing room in which we stayed!

Great place to stay. Its in the centre of Ubud but with a peaceful garden and you don't hear the noise of the streets. They have two houses with guest rooms, one old and the other fresh new. I stayed in the beautiful new house. Room was shiny clean, hot shower fantastic and bed was comfy. No AC though, only fan in my room (don't know if its the case for all rooms). The family was super friendly and helpful, even customised my breakfast as i don't eat carbs. I can recommend this place and would stay here next time again.

* Dirty bathroom with alot of mould in the sink and shower as well.
* the room and bed linen was smelling
* no towel
* no wardrobes we left our cloths in the extra bed
* the worst WiFi we've have ever in a hotel
* No reception and no support for tourists
* No service room
* be careful with the pictures on internet that there is swimming pool and other facilities that does not exist.
On the other hand
*Place well located
* Staff friendly even tough we saw the receptionist the day we arrived
* Good Shower
* There was an old sweet lady who does not speak English but she always hang on to try to help us.

It´s a simple but very clean accomodation. The location is great (in the center of ubud) and the staff is very friendly and we loved the breakfast.

Stayed here for a week to see everything in and around Ubud. Very good price and a peacefull place compared to the busy streets of Ubud. You will be taking care of very good! Also try to eat at the place next door Budi's warung which is also owned by this family. This lady can cook really good and traditional way!

Good value for price, although I missed the aircon some nights. It is located quite central in Ubud, but still in a quiet side-alley
