We came here today for the 3.5 hour Relaxation Spa Package and loved every minute of it. Never felt so well taken care of at a spa before. The massage was done with just the right strength, the facial was really soothing and the hair creme bath was just the best. The entire experience was so good that we even booked a second session 3 days from now. Just awesome!

Purely amazing! We’ve been looking for a good spa spot that can meet all our needs and I’m so happy we found Jeans, you won’t regret your treatment here. The service is amazing, they went above and beyond for us. And the massage, bath soak and scrub was so good. They also listen to your needs and what pressure you want and the atmosphere was also great. Highly recommend????

High quality massage with a reasonable price. Very relaxing ambience and fantastic service all around. I’ve visited this spa whenever I’m in Ubud and it doesn’t disappoint.

My husband booked the romantic couple spa as my birthday surprise 2 weeks ago, I had a nice experience here, the treatment was amazing, the service was great, surprisingly my neck pain went away after I got the romantic couple spa at Jaens Spa (special thanks to my therapist Miss Rusmini, at first she thought I was Japanese or Korean). My husband and I will definitely be back next time we visit Bali again. Thank you for your service.

We (me and my husband) love it! We love every moment here. The massage, facial, u0026 cream bath are all heavenly. 3.5 hours spent splendidly here. Although there were crowds of people when we came in, the receptionist handle the crowds well. Keep up the good work.

I came to this spa with my wife because we paid for a couple’s package.

Firstly, we were welcomed with an iced tea drink that seemed to be homemade.

Secondly, we were given an intro of the different treatments that we will be having and how they will take place e.g. traditional Balinese full body massage, full body spa and a flower bath. I really enjoyed every single treatment in particular the full body massage. I always find it tricky to find a great massage therapist who is compatible to what I’m looking for even when indicating what I want. My massage therapist was really great in how she communicated to me, was careful and friendly at all times, and was methodological in how she approached things but most importantly she was comforting.

Lastly, when we finished and returned to the reception, another iced tea drink was offered to close everything whilst filling in a survey form to share our thoughts of how everything went.

I did find it slightly annoying that in the end before leaving they were a bit too pushy in selling their products and their selling tactics weren’t really working. Hence, I’m giving 4 stars. Nevertheless, I still recommend this place.

I had a great massage and scrub in Jaens Spa Ubud. I definitely recommend it???? service is great there is an option to choose oil, scrub. The massage therapist was gentle and attentive. Thank you very much! In my room the bath was not like in pictures, just simple old bath????
