Great cakes in Ubud.

If you're looking for very tasty little treats, Caramel is an excellent choice. They're not cheap by Indonesian standards, but very affordable by foreign ones (around 30-60k for one little cake). The smoothies are also delicious and the staff are very sweet.

There's an open air terrace on the second floor that is a lovely place to sit above the street and watch the world go by while you enjoy your sweets.

Recommended for a treat!

The place is small so I came to buy some cakes to take away. Sometimes I drink coffee on the 2nd floor. All the desserts here are delicious

Located in ubud. Very small place and small signage. Very easy to miss.

Ate chocolate dome and some kind of lime / lemon cake.

We seat at the 2nd floor with view of an alley / road in ubud.

Very nice cake, it was creamy and the chocolate is sweet. The lime / lemon is sour and sweet. Very nice combination.

The drinks are quite expensive, we didn't order any.

Quick visit but worth it! We had what they call the “dome” chocolate mouse filled with caramel cashew butter. It tasted amazing! I could have eaten 2 or more of them ????

Location and service are great, but food was just okay for the price. Seating on the second floor faces the street and has no AC. Had two cakes and they tasted so so, didn't blow our minds for the price point. However, the service was very warm and friendly. Would visit again but I'd personally go for a coffee next tine.
