I performed a tradition tattoo in this studio! the staff is very kind and very helpful !! all very clean with new needles open in front of me! they made a custom design that they sent me via e-mail months ago! Recommended!

I love this place!! Beautiful, clean, building. Respectful u0026 knowledgeable staff. Outstanding art. Great prices. Accommodating artists. Vincent was awesome. Sadly I cannot remember the name of the other artist I worked with. They explained the history of Indonesian handtapping to me and provided a very special experience I will never forget. People all over the world have asked about my strange ear tattoo, and I always love to tell them about my experience at Cap Bagong! I love my tattoo so much. I am already planning to come back all the way from Alabama, USA for a bigger piece of art from these guys in the future. Thank you, Cap Bagong!

Vincent is a great artist and incredibly knowledgeable!
I asked for a hand tapped work: i had a very specific idea and meaning I wanted to ink in a very specific style. He came up with a brilliant design beyond expectations in zero time. The execution was even better. The precision and small thickness of the design is unique and very hard to achieve for a hand tapping work. The experience per se was so deep meditative and pleasant as Vincent channeled the energy, the focus and the connections with the Indonesian traditions.
The attention and the care I received was great. I really recommend to visit the studio and to be inked by one of the tattoo artists.

I got my first tattoo here. The staff was incredible. The shop itself was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and skilled in their art. I got a hand tapping tattoo and I was impressed with the line work being that I had asked for very thin lines. Price wise, the shop is affordable and worth every penny if you ask me. If I am ever in Bali again, I’d gladly go back. 10/10!

Cap Bagong Tatu has given me the best first real tattoo experience and I am extremely satisfied! Beyond happy! Mas Vincent went above and beyond with the design of my tattoo. He knew exactly what I wanted and made it a million times better! The details are absolutely stunning! They took care of me for 6-7 hours and they are so very kind and accommodating. If you need a sign to tell you which tattoo parlor to go to- this is it. I absolutely and 100% recommend them. Mas Vincent, thank you so much! You're the best!!! ????❤️????

I’m obsessed with all the tattoo artists at Cap Bagong Tatu. I got a poke tattoo with Sono, he was a great listener, he helped redesign an idea/picture I brought in and made it his own. My first time having a poke Tattoo was stress free. Sono made me feel very comfortable and the whole experience with everyone working there was lovely, it’s like one happy family! I’m excited to go back and get more when I’m in Ubud. Thank you so much for your welcoming positive energy Sono, Vincent and Henu you all rock! See you soon xoxo
