Fine dining that does not disappoint. Presentation is impressive and the dishes are unique. Wine list could be improved, but the cocktail pairing was excellent and overall a memorable experience.

2022.05.28, a 5/5 after lock down! Fantastic ingredients with amazing taste. The sequence, service, and the drink pairing are excellent with local herbs and twist.

Highly recommend for anyone would try quality food in Ubud!!

We enjoyed almost all of our courses. The Tuna, vongole, u0026 the dessert getuk are our most favorite. Good service u0026 ambiance. Nice beverage pairings. I took 1 star off because there was a leakage near their toilet so it was slippery and because of their overly sweet duck u0026 lamb.

My husband and I came here on our 1st Anniversary/belated Honeymoon celebrations and it did not disappoint! Service in Bali has been pretty good everywhere we’ve been, but at BLANCO was even more impeccable. We were made to feel very special u0026 where very well looked after from the moment we arrived.
The food itself is lovely u0026 beautifully presented too. If you like a classic style to your fine dining experience then I would recommend dining here

Wonderful culinary experience! Our first time in Bali, we have mainly dined where we found ourselves, but this place came highly recommended and did not disappoint one bit! $100 non-alcoholic / $180 alcohol pairing - worth every cent as you go on this journey of amazing flavours. Nice ambiance and very friendly, attentive and courteous staff. Thank you for making our honeymoon extra special!

I am really struggling with writing this review as I know how important business for everybody in Bali post Covid is. The people were extremely friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. The food was good and clearly the chef and kitchen had made an effort to produce something unique.
The location and general setting is lovely, but something was missing.

If you have money to burn and want a truely unique 7 course Bali degustation then this place will not disappoint. For the price I would have expected a betters bubbles list and the wine list while extensive was not that special and really expensive. $100AUD for a very average Australian White.

As a couple we had the 7 course degustation, with a bottle of Australian Pino and 2 x Gin and Tonics. $AUD500. In any country in the world that would be considered expensive.

Best experience in a Balinese restaurant I've had. Boy talk about deliciousness u0026 service. I took the 9 course dinner which took me 3 hours to finish. This place deserves a Michelin star, very romantic and waiters know about the food, not to mention the impeccable service they provide. The sue chef came to my table to explain the first course, then the head chef also made a visit to make sure I'm satisfied. For my dessert the pastry chef also came by. Give it a try I'm sure you won't regret it.
