Had a great experience with the staff this afternoon.
They're super helpful in giving me advice on what to wear, and was patient enough when I'm indecisive in what to wear. The staff is a super friendly young woman, I didn't feel threatened despite it was my first time purchasing surfing attire.

The worst welcome and experience I had in Bali. The shop people were rude, following me closely everywhere like I was about to steal, and taking back clothes from my hands to put them back in place... very weired.

Then I finally bought something because of the discount here and I ask to get the free bag advertised in the shop window, the cashier just told we they don’t do it currently.

Very bad overall experience, good brand though

We went to buy swimsuit for me, I look asian. And there were two sales ladies. They were meanest I tried clothes and they looked at me with such arrogance and almost treated me as if I was going to steal from them. This is VERY BAD THE WORST customer service on earth. And the shame is that I am buying clothes. They were ripping the clothes off my hands as if I was annoying them. I bought two swimsuit and a t-shirt for my boyfriend. WORST SERVICE. EVER.

We just had a very uncomfortable experience with the two saleswoman in the shop. We were looking for a lot of clothes, trying them and they were all the time askings us with rudeness if we were finished. When we said that we were not finished they laugh while looking to each other. We spent more than 1M rupees and still when we asked them politely what was the problem they laugh and said we were wrong, they didn't apologize. We asked for the manager and they said he/she wasn't there, so we couldn't put a complain for the weird attitude towards a very good customer. So, summing up, they didn't assist us on our questions for prizes and sizes, they were all the time asking if we were finished, they showed us disrespect and they didn't apologuize for their bad behaviour.

A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We just had very uncomfortable situation at billabong shop at Raya street. We came in with smile said hello but we got back just rude arrogant look and very fake smile back. And actually we was there two times, both times bad experience, last time I asked them for diffrent size t shirt and she again showed her rude mimic. I just don’t understand if people don’t like other people why they still work on such place.
