Lovely location, possible to go down to the river, very nice pool. Friendly staff. Though when I arrived and asked if there was still a room available, they said they were fully booked and I should look for other hotels in the street. I specifically wanted this one bc I wanted to pray at the river. I looked online and sooo many rooms were still available. I booked online, not too expensive. Paid 32 euro for 1, incl breakfast. I had a swim, diner and desert. Though I got a bill of 266k while I only spent 100k according to the menu? I don't understand where the extra charge came from, but much for just tax and service..

Really enjoyed my stay. Was almost deterred by some reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Really beautiful resort at a great price. I would stay there longer if I could. Recommend!

Loved staying here! A large territory sinking in greenery, simple and spacious rooms, friendly stuff, refreshing water in the pool, wonderful massage by Nerti. A huge plus for me was the coworking space right around the corner and a yoga studio across the river.

I have a bit of a mixed feeling of my stay. The staff is super kind en friendly, the nature around is beautiful and the hotel is located is one of the nicest neighborhoods in Ubud. Although the hotel is still recovering from COVID (which we fully respect) a few things should be easy to solve; dry clean the curtains and klamboes, and change the bath curtains (this is not expensive in Indonesia) and makes a huge difference to the experience. Secondly make the breakfast a bit more rich and extensive. Indonesia has such a nice food culture which we did not experience in the hotel.

Spacious and very comfortable rooms with patio or balconiy in a wonderful location amidst the greenery overlooking a river, with a great pool and big gardens that are well maintained.
The cottages on the ground floor have an outdoor bathroom and a big patio overlooking the beautiful gardens.
Plenty of parking space too.
Downside is that their wifi sucks big time, it's been a problem for at least 5 years (according to return guests). Management replaced some wiring, changed provider but refuse to increase their bandwidth. During our 6 month stay my tablet never picked up their signal; a few guests at weekend and bye bye internet. Not recommended for those who need a good speed for work or chat time.
Lack of hygiene and cleanliness, and the staff unwillingness to learn to improve their cleaning service. When the staff cleans your toilet with a cloth (and no detergent) then use it to clean your kitchen counter tops you know you're in trouble (and that is only 1 example). I finally provided the detergents u0026 various cloths and supervised the cleaning.
Garbage disposal is also a problem.
Clean towels u0026 sheets is a problem.

Spent a great month here (May 2022).
Pros:
- Great location, 5 min minute drive from Monkey forest.
- Great green territory, all trees and plants are well overlooked.
- The room is actually a big 1br villa with high ceiling, private balcony, king size bed. Mattress is okay.
- safety box, little fridge, kettle, iron, cups in the room (smth you would hardly find in guest houses/homestays)
- very quiet, never heard neighbors through the wall.
- tremendous garden/pool/river view (ask for higher floor rooms)
- friendly staff

Cons:
- Small not very well furnished kitchen(we thought we would cook breakfasts there, but never caught on a necessity to use it with variety of great restaurants and cheep Grab delivery)
- WiFi in the room (10-20mbps) is not stable, 50% of time we have to switch to mobile hotspot through the day. Definitely to be improved.

At first felt so down after i read some of the bad review about this hotel.

But everything is beyond my expectation!

Superb clean! Good wifi! Clean pool! Good service! And also they give us anti nyamuk and anti tikus.
