A great experience. The staff appeared to be a good team. Our guide (Gina) was very informative, happy to answer questions and gave us plenty of photo opportunities. We were also able to have a laugh with her.

We did the afternoon tour which was a surprisingly comfortable temperature.
The breaks were frequent enough and it finished with a nice dinner. We also met a Balinese family and got to see their family compound and way of living.

The bike was good and had more power than I expected, which was cool.

The transport to and from our hotel was also convenient and professional.

Such a fantastic activity to do whilst visiting Ubud! The tour itself is very interesting and the scenery could not be more beautiful. Having electric bikes is great as you do not need to struggle with effort when you climb up hills, which happens quite often. Our guide Wayan was lovely and he shared some very interesting facts with us about the local traditions and the religion. We got to visit a real Balinese house and even got offered some food which was delicious (a little rice cake and a banana). The view of the rice terraces is breath taking and generally it felt great to be able to explore more of Ubud than what you would visit if you were walking. I highly recommend this activity to anyone spending time in Ubud- even if only 2 days.

One of the best tours we’ve ever experienced. Great quality bikes and absolutely amazing guides. The care taken to ensure that the entire trip was smooth and educational was beyond description. Our guide Guna needs a special mention. We exchanged so many different notes on our individual cultures with the entire group.

Amazing tour! Our guide Wayan was really good at explaining the temples and the traditional balinese houses. The tour is super fun and entertaining through beautiful landscapes and it ended up with a free coffee/tea tasting. We did it in a very hot day but it wasn’t tiring at all. 100% recommended!!

We went on the Tegalalang Rice Terrace Tour.
Our guide and the actual tour were absolutely perfect.
BUT! And this is a BIG BUT(no pun intended) the bikes were AWFUL!!
The seat was so incredibly painful to my nether regions - it was like being kicked with a heavy boot right where you don't ever want to be kicked. The pain started straight away. It was because the seat had zero padding and the shape of the bikes prevented standing in the pedals to relieve my full weight on the rock hard seat.
My lovely guide swapped seats with me which was a bit of an improvement but still ridiculously painful.
The handle grips were knobby and very hard. A day later and my palms are still sore because the shape of the bike forces you to lean forward hard onto your palms.
Our guide advised that the owner of the bikes was slow to do anything about the seats or maintenance of the bikes.
Sadly, kind and experienced as he was and as beautiful as the tour was, I would never do this again.
I don't think you need to pay $55 AUD to be bruised in the private parts. That's right - the next day I am bruised "down there"!
Please, if the owners read this, put some padded seats on the bikes and softer grips on the handle bars.

My wife and I went on a morning bike tour with this company. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour which was comprehensive and extremely informative featuring information regarding daily life in Bali, religion and many other subjects. Our guide, Ketut, was friendly, considerate and well trained in his role.
HOWEVER, the bikes were some of the most uncomfortable we've ever ridden in our entire lives. Being Australian we've both been riding a bike of some sort since we were very young. The saddles on these bikes were so hard that both myself and my wife have very sore 'undercarriages' today. In fact my poor darling wife had to stop after only 5 minutes of riding due to the pain she was suffering in her sitting area. Our lovely guide, Ketut, immediately swapped the saddle on his bike for hers and explained that a delivery of new saddles was waiting to be collected from Denpasar. The other issue we had was the quality of the hand grips on our bikes. The rubber was extremely hard and as a result both myself and my wife have tender sore spots on our hands the day after our tour. I think this is a result of the bikes being set up for people shorter than ourselves. I am average height at 185cm or 6 feet and my wife is 175cm or 5 foot 10 inches. The way the handle bars on our bikes were set resulted in a riding position that meant we were leaning forward for the whole tour and a lot of our body weight was pressing our palms into the hand grips which resulted in the soreness we experienced and continue to experience. If the tour operator had taken a few minutes to set up our bikes to match our bodies this could have been avoided.
Lastly, I think the bikes could receive just a little more preventative maintenance as the chains and gearing looked as though they hadn't seen oil or grease in a while and the brakes on both bikes squealed each time they were used which in the hilly surrounds of Ubud is quite often. Also, I think the brakes needed adjusting as to get any response from them required squeezing the handles almost completely in.
So in essence, the tour itself and the guide were both excellent but the bikes left a bit to be desired with their comfort level affecting our enjoyment of the tour.
