I really enjoyed my stay. The stuff is super nice and flexible. Breakfast is really good. The location is very nice (close to shops etc and also to the ricefield) and the pool is really nice.

This place for me is not modern but charming. It's spacious and the staff is helpful. That's a lot of flowers, the pool is good and deep. It's really a place to rest and the pool is nice.
It's in a peaceful part of Ubud.
There's no hot water in the sink, it's old but functioning. The hot water in shower is heated with gas. You have to ask for toilet paper and if there's no hot water.
If you need a taxi you have to go down to the mainroad or if you ask nicely maybe they drive you on scooter.

It is what it is. A cheap place to stay in your own Villa. We have definitely stayed in worse places. We will be back! Unkempt, lots of mosquitoes, we never had a hot shower, chilled staff. But very relaxing, nice and secluded away from town but still within walking distance, exceptional value at $20 to $30 per night, no complaints really warranted. I would complain if they were charging $85, like other establishments. Staff are friendly, motorcycle Hire is easy, breakfast is fine. It is on the edge of rice fields with wonderful little walks going all over the place including to little restaurants. It's one of those places where you can adjust, and just stay for months if you want to. Walking distance to a wonderful little restaurant down the road called Savannah Moon and also a nice massage spa called Atria. It has mosquito nets over the bed and a very good swimming pool. With a stay.

Reading the reviews about Arjana 2 made us belief that it was a good choice.
Well upon arrival in our bungalow we were very disappointed.
No vista of rice fields (instead looking at trees surrounding the bungalow and rooftops of other buildings), many filthy corners in bathroom, stained curtains and filthy mosquito net, damaged furniture, filthy pillows on patio furniture, all five sun beds at the pool were damaged, light fixtures in breakfast patio were rusted and broken. No restaurant on site and walking steps were covered in moss. We had to ask for toilet tissue, tea and sugar. No toiletries provided.
Positives: large room, large bathroom with tub, plenty of complimentary drinking water, good Wi-Fi, excellent pool (but no pool shower or extra towels), good breakfast and quiet location with limited access for transportation.
The price was reasonable, but there are many places in Ubud for that price that are much cleaner, give better service and even air-conditioning.
If getting a refund from the booking site was not such a hassle, we would have turned around instead. We were glad to leave after two nights

This bungalows are far away from the city center something like 15 min walk on a tiny street without any light, no to convenint in the night or for a solo traveler.
My bungalow furniture's was very outdate and and the bathroom very dirty. It diden't had air cod just a fan and was not enough.
The area where it's located it's very nice like a garden with bungalows.
The swimpool it's big but has only 4 or 6 sunbeds.
The brekfast it's very nice, 2 banana pancke with fruit salad and tea or coffe.
I think they also have new nicer bungalows but mine was not nice at all. I've left after my first night there.

It's a dream.
Great service. Fantastic breakfast. Cool pool. Near to the everything, but no too close to the crowded areas.
Next time we'll stay here again.

You get here: nice and clean bungalow with ceiling fan, hot water shower, free drinkable water, all day coffee and tea, swimming pool, friendly staff and excellent pancake for breakfast. Everything at about 20 USD/room. I wonder how they make money Here. Super recommended
