My night was cooked by Chef Johnson and Agus. The food was amazing. Every course was explained nicely. The flavour was fantastic.

My Server Dita and Lastri were amazing as well.

I enjoyed the Egg Course a lot. The flavour is fantastic and the presentation is truly mesmerising.

Thanks for offering us such a wonderful night.

Nicola Russo and his team create extraordinary and one off blends of Asian and Italian inspired degustation dishes, omakase style. You would miss an experience by not eating here.

Best dining experience so far in Ubud!

Such an amazing dining experience here in Api Jiwa. Located at Capella Ubud, Api Jiwa was surrounded by greeneries and Ubud jungle.

10 courses ++ of top notch foods, all were wonderfully crafted and tasteful. Full mixed of herbs of Indonesian spices creating masterpiece of Asian fushion menus.

Sourcing from freshly available raw materials and crafted by michelin star chef Nicola, Api Jiwa offers one of the best dining experience in Bali.

Super recommended for those who love Asian fushion foods????????

Service is great (one of the best i have ever had), the place is beautiful, but the food (the mean reason for me to enjoy a Great dinner) is not outstanding. I honestly expected more. The desserts are quite good and the wine pairing was well chosen. However most dishes were just average. The bill was almost 200€ per person and unfortunately cannot recommend it taking into account all these facts as a whole. Thanks to Swandi and all the staff for the great service.

Special tastebuds party with the most stunning scenery and to see chef Nick cook up his magic just in front of you. This Japanese egg was definitely one of my fave dishes out of the set menu which changes weekly. Looking forward to the next one ????????

I couldn't give it 5 stars even though I throughly enjoyed the dinner. The counter layout allowed everyone to interact with eachother. I ended up getting to know a number of very interesting people who I believe I will one day see again. The setting and ambience were wonderful. But, food wasn't 5 star. I think the food tries too hard to be both East and West that it sometimes doesn't work. But, I will go again when stay at Capella Ubud next year.

The food was excellent! High quality in everything! There is a standard 10 course set menu and every course was so unique and so so tasty. Chef and staff were very friendly and kind! The restaurant is beautiful, with pool view!
