Great store. You can find here anything you need. Literally anything. Starting from sports equipment and till tableware. The staff is very helpful!
So the service in on the level which fits European costumers.
And they often have discounts.
And if you are buying there a lot-the costumer service will call you to inform about discounts.

Lumayan lengkap but the staff were way too attentive..I know that they're trying to be nice but to me it's ridiculous. They kept following me, constantly asked me if I needed any help or if I was looking for something. At one point I just sighed and said no and I would call them if I need help. And then one of the staff was kinda pushy..pas liat saya mau bayar terus nunjuk ke kasir and he kept making this gesture for me to keep moving and told me where the cashier counters were ALTHOUGH IT'S VISIBLE! ????????. Like why did you have to rush me out? It's not like I was blocking a line and the store was not even packed. But anyway..most of the time they have some good deal.

Bali's answer to Bunnings you can get just about everything you want here, a bit pricy by Bali standards and the staff are annoying by following you from the front door

Huge shop with a little bit of everything for your house. I bought a good quality air mattress there.

You can find a big variety of homeware equipment from kitchen, living and dinning room, outdors and even gym equipment. I felt that now, while in the middle of this current situation, the workers are following you in case you need help so the service is on top. And they have some discounts in some areas.

I'm very disappointed with how the staffs treat me and the way they look at me as if I'm a burglar or something. Maybe because my outfit makes me look like a very poor guy and I used ugly motorcycle. This makes me very uncomfortable to do shopping.

Two people asked me twice and offered help to find the items I need. I said that I only want to see things by myself, to two different people. However, when I went to the second floor, I suddenly heard a walkie-talkie monitor on the second floor. Then someone followed me when I look for equipment. This made me feel that I'm supervised as if I'm a bad person, and turned down my mood for shopping.

Then I canceled my shopping and they did not even say goodbye or anything. Maybe they are relieved that I don't steal anything. I don't know what is going on in the past but I don't think customers deserve that kind of treatment. Good luck with the business ????
