Clean, cheap (if you booked online), equipped with air conditioner, flat tv, hot water shower and free wifi. But don't have back up when the electricity shut down (i experienced it when i stayed there)

Noisey, unfriendly, no one will open the gate after 10pm, no refund for cancelations, bit dirty

Don't check in after 10 pm or you'll be sorry because the front desk is not so friendly.
