Very good service. I consulted with ob-gyn during pregnancy and delivery, the doctor was very communicative, the bill for class 1 was quite reasonable compared to other hospitals (normal delivery process). During an emergency, this hospital became the choice for my family

The hospital was very clean and sophisticated but was let down by very poor service. Went to ER, the doctor was quite fun but the process was too long just for a covid tests, it took approx almost 2 hours just to get PCR. The pharmacy was also not welcoming enough. Such a shame though, cause this hospital had the potential to be a great one, but really need to improve on their services side.

bad wi fi almost one week without internet, the excuse internet trouble always, and everything must be wait more than one hour and the intercom cannot use, the comunication from entry level to high level to many steps so everything cant fast respon fast action

This place put least priority for BPJS holder. This can be seen from the queue that prioritize those who are paying by personal expense or insurance. How unethical....
