A good 3 star hotel. With good clean if spartan rooms. Mine had no fridge. The staff are very friendly and will assist in all your requirements. Breakfast had a limited European fare but omelets and fresh fruit are available.

The location is pretty good, there's a couple of restaurants and Cafe nearby, also there's is a mini mart and pharmacy close by. The staff is very friendly but seems the hotel was operating with minimal staffing so service is a bit slow. But all in all it was a pretty good experience staying at this hotel

I liked my room, it was pretty big and cozy with a balcony with a view of the back of the hotel, the bed was big and pretty comfortable,
although my room could use some amenities like a refrigerator, thankfully room service was ready with ice, on a side note I know it's still a pandemic but wished room service was 24/7. And the TV channels needs fixing cause the channels are not HD, and my room although the AC was very cool but at some point in the night it started leaking so had to turn it off and on again.

I hope the hotel could improve on their breakfast service as I feel the food was a bit lacking in taste and quantity, also the outdoor area was attracting flies so it was a hassle to eat with the flies around. Maybe install some bug zapper around during breakfast hours

Plus :
- Service was very good and quick
- Many restaurant just near the hotel

Minus :
- The wall was not soundproof. You can hear your neighbour opening their door.
- Air Conditioner was leaking
- Wastafel was leaking

Booked for non smoking room.
Given a smoking one, we know after we checked the room.
Asked another room, non smoking one. Got it. Room maintanance was a little bit poor, need a lot of progress.

As a 'bule'(dari Belanda, tapi lahir di Surabaya), I especially like the scenery (also near Taman Mini). Inside, the entrance hall is nice, friendy, not overdone. The staff is, as expected, friendly and helpful. Being a guest on a wedding, I did not see much of the interior itself. Seems to me a good hotel to stay though.

Clean room, good food and tasty, but maybe you could add more variety. overall it's a comfy hotel, would definitely be back here.

What a great place. Get some vacation in jakarta and make this place to be ur first destinantion for take a rest. Good place for a good vibes.
