Very bad experience!

A lot of thing should be fixed here. Here's my Complaint.
- The AC is not cool at all, i have to open the window when sleeping, and it's dangerous.
- Most of Tv show is blurred
- 5 days I stay here, but I just got 2 toothpaste and 3 room cleaning time,
- and there's no trash can, just put it in the room, and cleaner will take it later (?)
- Parking area is Paid. Seriously ? U said it's facility of this hotel, but....meh.
- No one Staff have a smile, everyone just like get fired everytime.
- it's smell here, because beside this hotel It's like a landfill

I see that some reviewer said, it's good and cheap, and we got what we paid. But hell no, it's a basic thing that shouldn't missing.

I didn't say that this place is bad. No, it's worse so ever. If u guys have another choices, try another option, if no, welcome to the club.

Terrible place. With this kind of rate, it is better to choose a decent budget hotel in Kelapa Gading. Room was smelly and small. Certainly my last time here.

At that price range i could get a better hotel, cleaner hotel and better food.....they serve a tiny portion of food for breakfast and they charge you for an expensive price
