I was hospitalized here for several days, but I was quite satisfied with the service as well as the hospitality of the nurses and the doctors.

Almost midnite visit.. Dr Nanang the autoimmune specialist. Very long queue list, still waiting for our turn. In the end got it at 1.30-2.00 AM - how wonderful! Especially thr Doc was still serving with wide smiles. The red point about this hospital is the long distance u0026 traffic jam (to reach here).

R.S Antam Medika is a new modern hospital in my town as it’s a lot fresher and cleaner. It’s also bigger and more complete than the others in east Jakarta. It has large parking lot too. This hospital has been operated since 2013 and it prides itself in being an international standard hospital, having advanced technology, excellent quality of medical personal and their service is okay.

Doctors and nurses are nice. The other employees are somewhat helpful. As you walk in, you must take a number before approaching the desk. The last time I went there, there was no one told me about it.

There’s a really big wall of information about all doctors (with photos) operating in the hospital. It’s a very good thing. You can just take look to see if your doctor is available or not, but you can always call first to make sure.

There is no cafeteria in the hospital, but if you’re hungry, there is a small bread shop and a vending machine. They sell some snacks like cheetos, some breads and also local snacks like lemper. And for the desert, they have ice creams. Oh, and there’s a dude selling Hoka-Hoka Bento in a small food stand right in front of the elevator on level 1.

service is meh, the nurses have awful attitude, and my relative got mistreated by the doctor. you're better off not spending your money here

Great hospital. The administration is simple and helpful, the health professionals are smart and have good competency

Its really take a long time (almost 4 hours).. Mostly waiting in apoteker.
