** Quarantine Review**
I spent 10 days quarantine in Balairung Hotel. In essence, it was pleasant stay. It met my expectation however there are spaces for improvement.
Service: Their Service are awesome, I booked a room via Bu Anna, She worked so good to fulfill my request. Pak Ali picked me up from airport and the trip to hotel was smooth. Their receptionist really responsive to answer and help me.
Room: Old but huge room, for long stay this is what i expected, had a problem with AirCon but they solved it quickly. The room was clean tho there are marks on sofa and carpet
Tips: Choose Odd number rooms as they have better view.
Wifi: Perfect. Netflix, Football match streaming, Teams meeting, upload download without problem
Food: was fine, they offer Indonesian and western. Indonesian menu was good, western one was so so. You might want larger portion than what they provide. They have room service restaurant so you can always order extra food with additional cost.
Breakfast delivered always ontime (6:30, 12:00, 18:00) and snacks in between.
My only concern was about the staff who always rang the bell anytime they deliver your food or laundry, better to ask them to not ring the bell or just hang the "Dont disturb" sign on your door.
