Very nice hotel overall. Great breakfast, clean rooms, great service, nice elevators, security guard at the main entrance. Just little tedious things that could be improved such as glass wall that divides the room and the shower - no privacy when showering. Small tiny rooms, no microwave in the room - but available at reception, and far away from the airport. Reception provided us with extra blankets, pillow and towels. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

ATTENTION: Be careful of the elevators - the doors will not stop for you as you go through them and will chop you in half (unsafe u0026 dangerous). They need to install sensors so they stop with motion/people.

This hotel location is not good, only can choose the bus for your transportation. But they really offer the benefits to platinum member. As you can see, they give me the extra cakes in the morning. Their laundry room also charge fair price, 85K IDR can wash and dry. Do not forget put all two blue and white bottle liquid in the wash machine. It is the hotel that for low cost traveler.

I stayed just one night and was really impressed with the value I got for the price paid. The staff is really friendly and accommodating, especially Ms Dianita. My Diamond membership was recognized and was treated very well.

The breakfast selection is very decent for the price. This property was half the price of several other IHG properties in the cities. I shared some suggestions with Ms Dianita on areas that could be further improved and I even received some extra points for this.

I truly believe that the value for money was incredible.

The place at the left side of Matraman Street. In front of Gramedia store.
Recommended three stars hotel. Good quality of building.
Wide parking area even only has outdoor parking area. It can load around 20 cars.
Good services for all employees.
The room : standart three stars hotel. But i dont like design of bathroom. We can see through the door while we take shower or only at the toilet.

Rooms are Clean, Clean Service is only one button away, Mini fridge available, desk, closet. The only minus is the quality of the TV Channels. The Signal is not very clear as we Always got grains when browsing the Channels. Some were fine tho

Clean room. However, the breakfast buffet is only serving Indonesian food which I didn’t like about it. Overall the hotel is better than 4 stars hotels and the value is great.

One of the better hotels from IHG. Simply wonderful. Staff are good and willing to help. Facilities are still maintained very well. Small gym available as well. Overall no fuss free. Hotel is not crowded as well. Bang for bucks. Location is not the most popular location in jakarta but going to sudirman area(central) is only about 20 mins drive
