The emergency responce was splensid..the doctors was very responsif and friendli. The nurse and specially the midwife as shown in the picture was super nice, very helpfull. I really recommended for those who need medical help to seek in this er hospital.

Come to the Poly but no nurse around, no nurse at this post (except the cashier and pharmacist). So I do not well informed whether the doctor is ready or not.

First timer and disappointed. Came to visit pediatrician for my 7 months kid, doctor was late for around one hour from the schedule, ending up spent almost 5 hours in the hospital. The hospital should be considerate to the children especially in this pandemic. Should appreciate time and change or renew the appointment system.

Worst Hospital ever.
Unclear sign, unclear procedure.
I went to Poli Gigi in the first week for checking wisdom teeth and need to be surgery, then the doctor gave me medicine and i need to come next week, well okay!
Until today i am waiting the doctor almost 1 hour and the doctor ask me to the radiology, you know what? The machine for rontgen is broken, well that is not professional! Don't have spare??
So i go back to the doctor and again again again waiting for long time!
Definitely won't come back

My daughter only being prescribed with one customised medicine yet we need to wait for two hours for medicine to be completed. The longer we wait in the pharmacy the more my daughter being exposed with other virus brought by other patients. Just in Hermina Jatinegara waiting for the medicine 3 times longer than waiting for the consulatation with doctor. Really against covid19 protocol

First time coming to the hospital and feel satisfied with the services. The doctors explaination are understandable and the staffs are very helpful especially for Nurse Isti from Pedriatric. Thank you Hermina Jatinegara ????

Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Doctors and staffs were very helpful and kind especially in the delivery room. So glad I chose this hospital and would highly recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work ????????
