The staffs maybe needed a little upgrade with the service. Average for the bed cleanliness, not too hard no too soft with the cushion. The room phone can not be use. My stay didnt include with the bfast, so i dont know hows the food. It just great for the location, surrounded with the mass trans system (coomuter line, transjakarta bus). good price tho. Keep building up, oyo

We take a family room with one queen size bed and one single bed. Breakfast was satisfying. Across the Hotel located new mall. Easily to reach. Hospitality was good. But there is no bathup at bathroom just a shower. Its has pool but not really comfy either big enough. Its located near jatinegara train station.overall its ok.

I visited this place when the blackout was happening. I booked 2 Cempaka Rooms for only 798k (399k/each room). The rooms were so big and comfy. They also put Sajadah and Al-Qur'an in every rooms. The breakfast was so tasty, too!

This hotel has good appearances, every I come to Jakarta, this hotel always be our place to rest after go somewhere. I really recommend this hotel, trust me that you'll feel enjoy and comfortable with all of the services also the cozy room in it.

Room ok, location near police station guarrantee for secure n safe but breakfast only 9am without information to guess when check in
