The room was great, but the service was amazing.
Loved the hotel owners and staffs.

They had free of charge rental bike.
And you can also rental motorcycle here. When they ran out, they found someplace else and provided me from their connections.

The friendliness and hospitality from the hotel was something that left me with a superb impression of this place.

First and foremost, the staff is absolutely outstanding. The kindness that radiates from the family that runs this operation is unparalleled- always smiling, friendly and eager to offer help. Very thoughtful too.

The rooms are well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The staff wait until all of the guests are in their rooms before they lock the front gate, so there is no curfew that puts pressure on your evening explorations.

Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, great location

Clean facilities, good location and although not right on the sea front (2-3xprice) it is a short walk from the beaches and restaurants. There is a small swimming pool, and our room had a balcony which was really nice. AC and a fan if required and hot/cold water.

The guesthouse is quite close to the beach. And it has a low price tag. If you are happy with these two attributes there is nothing wrong about this place.
But if you want a bit of space, recreation and sanity we strongly discourage you to go there.
At least the standard and superior rooms are very small (approx 13 sqm, incl toilet and shower). So if you have something like normal sized luggage be prepared to live out of your luggage (no cupboard!) and to have created an obstacle course right in your room.
As the compound is suited directly at the corner of a road t-crossing it begins to get really noisy at somewhat 6 in the morning. The complimentary ear plugs are the place's surrender to this...
Missing breakfast and a very tiny recreation area incl a puddle sized pool doesn't add to the recreational perspective of this place although the staff is friendly and helpful.
In conclusion we found the place a bit run down and definitely too loud and too small. If you can't spend more than 30 USD per night you might have to go with this but we strongly recommend to shop around before you book. There are plenty of other good places.

Liked it. Very nice rooms, traditional and modern at the same time. Super helpful staff Free bikes and water! Can't ask for much more my self.

It was very nice and cosy place. very friendly and lovely staff and also its owner he was very nice man. I strongly recommende to stay and spent your holidays.
