Their staffs are very nice and always willing to help, also they have beautiful yard but the room is a bit old. I had no warm water when showering for the first day, then it went well the second day, the TV is not working but the wifi is good so I don't need TV ???? the location is fantastic. There's no big supermarket around but there're plenty of small mart which are full of all kinds of products. It takes me only 5 mins walk to the beach. I love it.

Quite good place with minor drawbacks - place is near beach, but to reach it you must go around buildings.
Breakfast is quite poor, with two main local dishes and eggs. Toast is seen in picture - terrible structure and taste.
Water is served from tap, even in rooms. Why?? It had poor taste anyway.
Room itself was outdated and needs repairs.
Booking com rate of 8 is quite too generous - I would give 7 -7.5. Maybe other rooms are better. Who knows ;)

A really nice hotell in Sanur, near the beach and restaurants. The suits are spacious and have balconies or patios. The breakfast is very tasty and served next too the pool. The hotel staff has a high level of service and are very pleasant. The hotel has cars and good drivers that can pick up at the airport and also offer several affordable excursions. The hotel is a little worn but it is really nice, has good service and good staff, I wouldn't mind go there again!

The hotel itself is a little old but some parts of it have been refurbished to freshen it up a little. Service in the dining room was great. Rooms are comfortable but in need of some upgrade in facilities. I was ready to use their laundry service but when I saw the list they charge per piece by USD and compared to the street price, it is extraordinary.

Hotel is very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included and was great. Breakfast is ample but there should be some designated 'Smoking' or 'Non-Smoking' areas in the Restaurant. The food in the restaurant is quite good the breakfast had very good fresh fruit and a minimum choice of typical waffles, pancakes eggs, etc.

No tea /coffee facilities in room, asked for a kettle. Rooms were okay, the bed was very comfortable though. Some staff were quite friendly, but unfortunately we weren't made to feel welcome. ...unusual for Bali as we have been many times. We seemed to be the only Australians as majority were Europeans, and regulars to this hotel. We were bypassed at meal times to be asked if we would like to attend the New Year's Eve party!

Location is excellent just set back off the main street and a short walk to everything. The rooms would need some fresh paint and the bathrooms a basic renovation. Cheap cycle hire available. I would happily stay at Sativa again, it had a real family feel to it and was very homely and welcoming.
