We have just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful resort and it's everything we hoped for. The resort is set on its own beach which is kept extremely clean by the staff who do a wonderful job. The gardens inside the resort is like a private paradise and is was so calming and restful to be amongst it all. The staff at the resort are excellent and nothing is to much trouble, they are gentle, smiling and so very very courteous. We chose to pay extra and stay in the club premiers rooms which is set around the most beautiful infinity pool and I have to stay one of the best pools we have had the pleasure of using. We chose this part of the resort because the pool was adults only but that's the only negative we have. There are another 2 wonderful pools for people with children can use but we had to complain to reception that there where at least 3 occasions in which family with children were using the area. They were eventually told it was adults only but it took quite a long time for staff to action this. Please don't get me wrong as I am not anti children but we are at that age when we pay a premium to stay in a section for adults only we expect that to be the case and we can enjoy our rest without the noise that youngsters bring with them. A simple solution would be to have a sign at the front of the pool before the sun lounges stating that this is an adult only pool and by that meaning at least over 16. If management could assure me that this is being implemented I would have no hesitation in booking another stay as from the rooms, to the gardens and beach and the local area it is a great place to stay and has everything you could want. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our holiday a beautiful and calming experience.

We had a great stay here and would come again. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. Great pool areas. Beautiful grounds. Very good breakfast. The food and drinks by the pool were good but the service was hit or miss and changed by the day. Sometimes the wait staff was very present and we got drinks quickly, sometimes it didn't happen at all. The rooms are quite outdated, linens ragged, toilet difficult to flush, bed uncomfortable. I think I would normally give 3 stars for this hotel, however, Bali has been through hell with Covid and all the businesses are struggling. So we understand that the updating probably has to wait and the staffing isn't optimal.

Loved our stay here. We were a group staying in 2 different room types and both were very good. The beds were huge and comfy, spacious bathroom, staff were lovely. The pools were great, we did mainly use the infinity pool. We hadn't stayed here before but definitely will again.

I didn't stay here, rather l purchased a day pass for the pool area.
The pool and poolside area were very quiet for the 5 or so hours l was there.
I was able to use one of the double day beds which was located on the beach deck in the shade of a tree.
I was very surprised there were no poolside umbrellas or umbrellas on the beach deck, except for in the dining area. There are lounge chairs under the shade of trees, however not having umbrellas at the pool is in my opinion an absolute must-have.
Food and beverage prices were reasonable for a 5 star resort and the staff were all very pleasant and attentive.

Overall a great stay. We stayed for 7 nights. This beach front hotel was in a great location. Near restaurants and shops, but not too crowded. There were beach activities nearby. And we generous space in the resort. There were smaller pools all over the resort, so the place remain private and intimate. Breakfast spread was enough, with a mix of western and local delights. Service staff was attentive. Room were slightly old but I guess that will need time to maintain and repair. Definitely this place for a quite private holiday, but with full hotel service.

We stayed here for +/-10 days and it has been excellent. Love our room, the tub, and shower. They clean the room everyday if you want to. Location is on the quite side of sanur but we are okay with that. Many swimming pools and beach lounge. Staff are polite and professional. The only one thing we would suggest is the food. You can have more varieties. Other than that, we are good and will way here again.

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing and peaceful. The beach area is also nicer than most other hotels here. Pools are also lovely. I recommend staying in the medium or higher tier rooms. Good location, friendly staff.
