Tolerable depending on room price
I stay here a lot but I get a really good room rate. If you paid $35 from booking websites you would be ripped off. Never yet have I experienced hot water.. The wifi is always broken, hit and miss so you can't rely on it. Next doors dog barks in the street through the night metres away from reception and the staff do nothing.
Don't get me wrong the location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They don't speak very good English though. The pool is nice and the bed is comfortable, the pillows are really bad though, fat and hard.
I will stay here again but as a solo traveler, I usually bring ear plugs and buy internet data for my phone but only if I get for my cheap rate. If you are booking through an online site you can do a lot better.!!

Cheap but clean and comfort place to stay im Sanur. Always a nice stay in this property, getting better since my first stay here one year ago. Nice staff, good breakfast, always comfortable stay. Most guest ask for extend while we are here but room is always full. Cant wait for the bar near the pool to be open ! ????

The location of the hotel is fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and eager to help in any way. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Our check-in was the fastest and most efficient I have experienced anywhere in Indonesia. Good wifi through out whole guesthouse. We will return here for sure.

Will definitely stay here for our next vacation. Our needs were taken care of. Alcohol choices are good with ***y international brands. Small balcony,bathroom in good conditions. I love the restaurant, very quiet and peaceful. Enjoying very good meal in the morning with Balinesse songs and sounds of birds.

My wife and I took a 10 day trip there recently. With just a 10 minute walk, you can get to so ***y interesting places. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Yuni. Great value for the price and highly recommended.

Bathroom was dirty , line telephone inside room not working to call to reception , TV only has 3 channels . AC from upstairs room leaking to our balcony .

I booked this hotel from Tr*v*loka.
The price was considerably cheap.
The room was big and clean.
The water heater and the AC and the internet were working properly.
The hotel was safe. I forgot that I put everything out the night before (including my passport, cc and cash on the bed) then in the morning I went out in a rush. In the afternoon, when I came back, they had tidied up my room and everything was still in there.
The breakfast was fine. They only provided 3 types of breakfast which you can pick from the menu.
The location was walking distance to restaurants and local shops and Sanur beach.
It was a lovely experience staying in here. I'll definitely come back again. ????
