This is the first clinic I go to after moving to Bali and having my BPJS moved.
I expected a very long queue (mind you, every time I pass this clinic it's always packed)
The Google review also stated the same.

Imagine my surprise when I came here and only took less than 30 minutes from administration to getting my prescription drugs. Got my queue number from mobile JKN, registered at the reception, checked my BP (this whole process was only 3 minutes tops) and wait for my examination for only 5 minutes.

All of the staffs are veryyyyyy nice, the doctor who examined me even asked whether I wanted a female doctor if I wasn't comfortable. (I wear a headscarf - nobody's ever asked me that!)

Their process are awesome and straightforward. Couldn't be happier!

Please also note I went there in the morning - maybe that's why the queue wasn't as long.

Very nice clinic, person in register very helpfull, also in the cashier and the doctor. Easily in register and payment. And the price is very make sense. I change from other hospital need to pay 3jt, in here only 900rb, also with profesional care.

I give 4 stars for its incall service. It was a fast response n brief explanation given by the operator. Hope when I come to the clinic will find more satisfactory level of its health service..

24 hours clinic in Denpasar area. Excellent service, doctor were helpful, nice interior inside the clinic.

Three month ago this was my review:
'Dentist Appointment' they said. But we cannot adjust it to our time. They direct us to make appointment via web and force their scheduled without giving option to adjustment. Too bad.

This is my review now (June 2021):
The clinic fixed their dentist appointment system. Instead of forcing patient to follow the clinic's time allotment, now patient could see the available slots and CHOOSE. I am happy to re-grant the 5 stars for Penta Medica :) Keep up the work!

24 hours clinic, staff, medical specialist is helpfull and very responsive
