I had awful experience in this accomodation, but it turned up well today. Seems they are having 2 google accounts, I wrote harsh review in their another account.
I booked via OYO apps with higher price than other apps, and turned out the room was unbelievable in dirtiness, dirty sofa and blood stain in bed sheet, shower isn’t working properly and no hot shower too. I ordered ayam betutu from their kitchen, and the kitchen didn’t cook my order. The most scary things is I watched by my eyes they clean the room using TOWEL. I decided to checked out after one night and asked for refund.
The refund process is confusing, the accomodation said I need to send email to OYO, and OYO said only accomodation can cancelled the booking.
Today I decided to visit the accomodation and ask for cash refund, fortunately the manager, Pa Dhiksa -hope I wrote his name right- cooperative and decide to give my money back. The ladies at reception are so helpful too today. So I put two stars in this review.
I hope they can improve their accomodation since it located in strategic location.
