Saya datang ke melawai jam 8 malam.
Saat itu ad 3 pegawai yg sedang bertugas keluhan saya gagang kacamata patah, saya minta solusi kira2 baiknya bagaimana kpd karyawan, asumsi saya mereka lebih tahu.
Sorry to say, pelayanan kurang memuaskan pdhl saat itu pelanggan hanya ada satu dan ketiga pegawai kebingungan mengecek komputer.
Akhirnya mereka mencari frame kacamata yg sama dgn kaca mata saya yg patah, tapi barangnya tidak ar.
Salah satu pegawai berinisiatif untuk mengambil frame yg modelnya serupa, dicoba pasang voilaaa cocok, namun saya tdk nyaman untuk menggunakannya. Jd saya kembali. Dgn kualitas pelaganan yg sama, saya meminta sendiri kalau tdk bs sy buat kacamata baru sj dr awal.
Tanpa mendapat kejelasan dan info dr petugas optik terkait paket dan harga, maka sy melakukan 2 kali transaksi, dimana seharusnya bisa mendapat harga yg lebih hemat dgn paket frame dan lensa.
Saya tdk masalah, tapi saya kecewa dgn pelayanan optik melawai di gatsu.
Padahal optik ini sudah menjadi pilihan saya hmpir belasan tahun.
