Not as complete as I would hoped it would be although I highly appreciate the 10% discount for members. If you are lucky you will be attended by the male staff who seems to know a bit more of the Products that they sell there, otherwise you will be attended by the girl who knows less. Both staff are very nice though, they just need to improve their product knowledge.

I only return going there in case I forget to buy the dog treats and for the 10% discount for Products I know they sell.

A plus is the parking space, far and safe away from the main busy Gatot Subroto road.

Good service with complete goods for your pets. The staffs are kind and helpful. I always buy zeolit for my cats here. Growssy also available in here for cats. But for another things, they hav pricey goods. I give them 2 thumbs up for completeness and staff!
