Fairmont is distinguished around the world with its service standards, sadly their brunch beverage service has a long way to go and it's evident training is needed from their management. the barman seems inundated with orders and being alone means the guests are having to wait to long for their drinks. when one has beverage package you shouldn't have to wait up to 15 minutes for a drink or refill.
the brunch offerings itself are very good and the kitchen are doing a great job. Please get the beverage service sorted out.
