Very warm and accommodating people, indeed. Happy to meet my needs. Lovely atmosphere at this hotel and the location: quiet, aesethetically very pleasing, peaceful vibes, but accessible to everything. Great place for a laid back stay at old classic beautiful Sanur. A little away from the main street and so close to the beach ( about 1 min. walk). The bali beach atmosphere but with plenty of old fashioned Sanur style. Fantastic eateries and fabulous long "cobblestoned" beachwalk for keeping fit and to take in the vistas with really delightful, cooling breezes on walking to north or south. Fun interactions with the locals, especially, if you speak some/alot of bahasa ! Just lovely. A blessing, this place. Thankyou. Helena.

Amazing. Peaceful. Like Ubud by the sea... water fountains and flowers and birdsong. Lovely family. Lovely pool. Great restaurants.

Lovely clean little hotel. Very close to the beach/restaurants on the beach, as well as the Main Street. Staff were very helpful— even arranging a takeaway breakfast when I was being picked up earlier than the breakfast service. The pool is small but clean.
I also discovered after a small earthquake that it’s right next to the horizontal and vertical evacuation paths for tsunami— just the kind of knowledge that’s nice to have, but you hope to never use!

The Segara Agung was our emergency stay after being evacuated out of the volcano radius. Don't get me wrong, we're very grateful they took us in at half 3 in the morning. But the room was not that great. Watermarks in the corners the covers had traces of something on them and smelled a bit funny. It did not matter tonight as we were quite ready to sleep anywhere. But this morning I discovered what goes for a bathroom... not very nice at all. Well, the other guests left very good reviews, so maybe we got the shabby one and all three other rooms are lovely.
We are glad to be moving to a nice dive resort now.
