Traditional but very luxurious and comfortable. Suitable for small families or couples, not so much for two best friends because it was too romantic. ???? Please bear in mind that this Karma property has no lift, but ground floor rooms are available. Thank you for the complimentary stay, Karma Club!

To be honest, I got a chance to stay in Karma Royal Sanur because of free voucher, yet the service and the room given to our family was great. Our 7 nights was comfortable and all the staffs were friendly and professional. This hotel is very different from our usual taste of staycation, however I can say that the location is great, easily accessible and within reasonable distance from most popular places in Bali. Hope more and more visitors will have a chance to enjoy this resort in the future.

The facility is a bit tired but has a great ambiance and I believe that the resort is to be refurbished; commencing September. The staff were brilliant! All of them but in particular, the restaurant staff. The food was excellent.

Service and staff were good. Internet kept dropping out several times a day. Staff could reset, and get things working (several times every day). Restaurant was OK if you were careful what you ordered, and it was good to have it there.

Must book a room. With either a balcony or leads onto pool. The pool is lovely and the service Ok.

Im stay 102 room with family for 2 night.
In the night at ceiling have mouse race...
Check out time 10.00, letter from duty manager....its crazy.... Usually check out 12.00.

Nice small resort. Friendly and attentive, clean rooms and nice facilities.
